Shipping and Return Policy
POSTAGE COSTS
For all orders from the Netherlands you pay € 6.99 shipping costs. Delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 working days.
POSTAGE ABROAD
Shipping costs outside the Netherlands are from €7.50 . The actual shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the address abroad. Shipping costs include VAT.
RETURN:
Returning products is valid within 14 days. Return costs of a product are for your own account. These costs can vary from €3.50 to €7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
The amount of the product will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within 10 days after the return.
- The item must not be worn or damaged!
- Sale items may not be returned or exchanged!
Returns can be sent to the address below. Mention your order number or your name, so that we can handle it quickly for you. In order to improve our customer service, we would appreciate it if you let us know the reason for this, it is of course not mandatory.
Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 7 days after return receipt.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Do you have a complaint about one of our products? It is of course annoying if you have a complaint. We kindly ask you to pass on your complaint to us by email (customer service@hanora-fashion.com). Please state your order number and the nature of your complaint. You can expect a response from us within 2 working days. We will of course do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
- Unfortunately, no laundry guarantee is given. Problems after washing are at your own responsibility.
